The location was particularly good and perfect, just 5 min walk from a shopping mall. The hotel itself was in a wonderful area, short walk to the beach and the City centre and the historic centre of Valencia and a commercial center.

The rooms here are small but have a sofa bed, perfect for fitting a crib and two energetic children, and the staff are consistently friendly and polite, plus there's private parking available on a nearby street.

Breakfast was buffet, right. There was milk, machine coffee, bread, pastries, natural juice, butter, jams, toast, some sausage, cocoa, yoghurt. As there were many people we were organized in shifts and there were even people who had to have breakfast at a table set up for reading in a sort of library attached to the dining room.

The room for four people is very scarce, since the sofa bed takes up a lot of space and leaves the room practically useless for anything other than sleeping. The mattress of the sofa bed is very common and it would be convenient to put a higher quality mattress, maximum when you pay more than one hundred euros for a night in this quadruple room. It is near the city of Sciences, but far from the center of the city.

Excellent location (especially for visiting the city of science or as a starting point to go to the Albufera). It is possible to park in the vicinity (at least on public holidays) and is located a stone's throw from the El Saler shopping centre, which can help us in more than one way.

To say the least, the room is a bit bigger (when the sofa is used as a bed, it takes up practically all the available space), but to sleep a couple with two small children is more than enough. In my opinion, the facilities are starting to need some small reform to correct some small flaws due to use (e.g. room lamps, curtains). The breakfast buffet is acceptable, but you have to avoid the hours of greater agglomeration.
